It’s true! In fact, a Baptist Minister in Virginia who turned to his faith for help with losing weight (he ended up losing 100 pounds!) calls the Bible, “a Health Book”! In interviews, the pastor said when he connected to the idea that his body is a temple, and should be treated as such, he was able to make healthy changes like “eating good stuff that God made” and "trading his recliner for activity"! He was able to lost 100 pounds, and guide others to make happier, healthier lifestyle choices!
Walk at Home creator Leslie Sansone says “I was never shy about keeping a spiritual theme in my classes.” Leslie taught her very first Aerobics Class in a Church Hall with Gospel music!!! … and she sang … (out of tune) …. and LOUD!!! That’s what happens when the SPIRIT MOVES YOU!
