Maninee describes Walk 15® classes as a “new workout concept for India.” She's eager to empower people to start Walking to benefit their health and wellness. Maninee shared about how "proud and happy" it made her to watch people taking her first class. She said people told her they "felt great and wanted to work out with her every Sunday!" For the past 10 years, Maninee has worked as a life coach and a health and fitness trainer, and she's already seeing the benefit of adding Walk 15® classes to what she's able to use to help people live healthier, happier lives. “In India, many older people do not take good care of themselves and that’s the main cause of my initiative. WALK 15® brings something good for them, and it makes me very happy to be able to help them," Maninee said.
